S.A.F.E.R. - Office for Bombing Prevention (OBP)

ICF partnered to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s Office for Bombing Prevention (OBP) to expand and update its bombing prevention curriculum. This curriculum currently reaches hundreds of students per month in support of OBP’s mission to enhance the nation’s ability to prevent, protect against, respond to, and mitigate the use of explosives. 

The SAFER simulation teaches first responders how to properly recognize, report, and respond to suspicious activities and items that may be improvised explosive devices in public settings.
